You do not need to have an iPod in order to participae in Western Illinois University on iTunes U, however many of you have iPods and use them daily. This page is designed as a quick stop for everything iPod. Here you will find iPod tutorials, as well as links to updates and support issues.

This site provides downloadable and printable manuals for every generation of iPod dating back to the original iPod. Usure of what model you have? The site allows you to upload the serial number of your device, and then it returns the appropriate help information for you. This page also provides an entry way for ordering parts, requesting repairs, checking and checking repair status.
