- Archives/Special Collections Fund
- This fund supports the purchase of rare and important materials for the Archives/Special Collections Unit of the University Libraries.
- Dr. Elizabeth A. Kaspar Women's Lecture Series Endowment
- This fund, established by Dr. Elizabeth A. Kaspar, a member of the former educational foundations department (now educational and interdisciplinary studies), supports a lecture series highlighting accomplished women and bringing them to WIU.
- Dr. Felix and Nancy Chu Multicultural Book Collection
- This fund, named after WIU Interim Associate Dean of Libraries Dr. Felix Chu and his wife Nancy, supports the internationalization of the WIU campus and community through purchases of works of fiction with themes of cultural, ethnic and racial issues.
- Dr. Yan Lwin Physical Sciences Library Fund
- This fund, named in honor of retired WIU Physics Professor Dr. Yan Lwin, supports the acquisition of materials and equipment for WIU's Physical Sciences Library.
- Honor with Books
- This fund allows for the purchase of a book in honor or in memory of someone. A name plate will be placed in the book and added to the University Libraries' collection.
- Jeff Leibovitz Special Collection of Holocaust Education Materials
- Created in memory of WIU Alumnus Jeff Leibovitz, this fund supports a variety of Holocaust materials that are especially suitable for middle and high school teachers and students.
- Judaic Book Library Collection
- This fund supports the collection of Judaica, including the purchase of books, periodicals and encyclopedias.
- Legal Acquisitions Fund
- This fund purchases legal reference materials that support the legal research needs of students, faculty, local lawyers and West-Central Illinois residents.
- Leslie F. Malpass Endowment
- Endowed by former President Leslie F. Malpass, this unrestricted fund supports collections and services of the University Libraries.
- Library Atrium Society Fund
- This fund supports miscellaneous operation expenditures as well as books and equipment. Gifts not otherwise designated will be placed in this fund.
- Linnea Self Health Sciences Collection
- This fund, named in honor of WIU Dean of Libraries Dr. Phyllis Self's daughter Linnea, supports the Health Sciences Collection at WIU Libraries.
- Lyndal Swofford Endowment
- Former Library Director Lyndal Swofford endowed this unrestricted fund through her estate. It currently supports the paperback book general reading collection.
- Music Library Fund
- Contributions to the Music Library Fund support collections and services in the WIU Music Library.
- Petersen Ornithological Collection
- This fund, named in honor of Mary Lou Petersen and her late husband Peter, supports the unique and high-quality ornithological research collection.
- Professorship in Icarian and Regional Studies Endowment
- This fund supports the global Icarian movement and other regional historical initiatives.
- William H. and Eva Little Graham Libraries' Student Assistant Scholarship Fund
- This fund, named in honor of the late William H. and Eva Little Graham, a student at WIU from 1903-1904, supports scholarships for students employed in the University Libraries.
