This year’s International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) was held in Quebec City. 
Quebec is celebrating its 400 year anniversary this year and we were able to participate in many activities that are available to tourists this year only.
Over 5,000 attendees came from all over the world to share information and experiences at IFLA.
This conference was of particular interest to WIU faculty as WIU formalizes its leadership role in Information Literacy and Knowledge Management (social netorking).
There was time for us to have a little fun and visit some of the sites such as the Ile d’Orleans http://www.telegraphe.com/iledorleans/indexen.html
