- Q. How do I obtain a "FirstSearch 2" password?
- A. WIU faculty may submit an online form, phone (309-298-2700), or visit the WIU Library Reference Desk to request a password. Faculty requesting this password by online form or by phone will receive the password via campus email.
- Q. What if I am not a WIU faculty member?
- A. Databases access is restricted because of pay-per-search fees. WIU students, staff, and faculty may access this specialized database (at no charge) by visiting the Malpass Library Reference Desk (main level) or the WIU-QC Library Reference Desk.
