  1. All Platinum Level Sponsorships include an Exhibit Booth, two paid attendee conference registrations, and one full Conference Scholarship to a MAPPA Member
  2. All Silver Level Sponsorships include one paid attendee conference registration, and one Attendance Scholarship for a MAPPA Member
  3. Golf Hole Sponsorship of $300 does not include an Attendance Scholarship to the MAPPA Conference
  4. Golf Sponsorship of $500 or more includes one complimentary green fee
  5. Golf Sponsorship of $1,000 or more includes two complimentary green fees
