Housing & Dining Master Plan
A facilities conditions assessment was completed Summer 2007 with a Housing and Dining Center Master Plan established to direct the maintenance, enhancement, and construction associated with the campus residential facilities.
Current Projects - updated January 23, 2008
- Corbin/Olson Halls
- Fire suppression sprinklers are complete.
- Elevator repair is complete, with video security feed to be added at a later date.
- East Village
- The pedestrian bridge to the East Village has been completed.
- Lincoln/Washington Halls
- Fire suppression sprinklers completed during the Thanksgiving 2007 break.
- North Quad
- All elevator replacement was completed August 2007, with video security feed to be added at a later date.
- Renovation of the Activity Center will begin December 2007.
- South Quad
- The dock area on Adams Street is undergoing renovation to improve both aesthetics and usability
- Tanner Hall
- Elevator replacement will begin Fall 2008
- Thompson Hall
- Fire suppression sprinklers will be installed Summer 2008
- Pintail prep work is being done on the Men's side, with the Women's side to follow.

- Fire suppression sprinklers will be installed Summer 2008
