Parking & Transportation Plan
In keeping with the Master Planning concept of creating a more pedestrian-friendly campus as well as promoting sustainability, Western Illinois University is beginning to explore the relocation of parking to the perimeter of campus, while encouraging walking, biking, and other health activities.
As part of the concept of perimeter parking, construction of a parking deck facility is being considered.
