Meet Current Students
Kristine Mullen
Email: KM-Mullen2@wiu.edu Is an Eastern Iowa native who attended Clarke College in Dubuque where she received her Bachelor of Art in History. She will graduate in December 2010 and hopes to then work for a Midwest museum to paying off my loans before buying a home and starting her doctorate degree. She plans on becoming certified by the Campbell Center for Historic Preservation Studies, in Mt. Carroll, Illinois, in conservation of historical artifacts. Kristine said, "I am passionate about conservation of natural resources and our cultural heritage. I would enjoy working at a national park just as much as a Midwest museum." She has volunteered at the Central Community Historical Society and Museum for three years and for the last two semesters at the Putnam Museum & IMAX Theatre in Davenport, Iowa.
