Former Budget Director Mike Glowacki Passes Away

MACOMB, IL -- Former Western Illinois University Budget Director Michael Henry Glowacki, 69, died Nov. 15 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
Glowacki served as budget director from 1978 until his retirement in March 2004. Before joining WIU, he was with the Governing Board of State Colleges and Universities in Springfield.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday Nov. 18, with visitation one hour prior to the service at Calvary Baptist Church in Macomb. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery in Sandwich.
