Weather Advisory: WIU-QC [10:30 a.m. 12/20]

MACOMB, IL -- Due to forecasted winter weather conditions for the Quad Cities area, a University advisory has been issued for Western Illinois University's Quad Cities campus effective 10:30 a.m. today (Dec. 20) through 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21. The campus will remain open.

The weather advisory allows employees the option to use accrued vacation time, compensatory time or approved leave without pay after notifying their supervisor, according to Vice President for Administrative Services Julie DeWees.

The WIU policy on limiting University operations because of emergency conditions is available in the Administrative Procedures Handbook, which can be viewed at wiu.edu/policies/emergency.php.
