WIU Mourns Student Death

MACOMB, IL -- The Western Illinois University community is saddened to learn of the death of Thomas Wagner, a senior recreation, park and tourism administration student from Addison, who died Jan. 4 in Chicago.
"We extend our deepest sympathies to Thomas's family, friends and classmates," said Western Illinois University President Jack Thomas.
Visitation will be held from 3-9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 at Salerno's Funeral Home's Rosedale Chapel, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle (IL). Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 at Rosedale Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
