Benefits Choice Meetings

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- Western Illinois University Benefits Office staff will present benefits choice meetings at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7 in the Union Grand Ballroom on the Macomb Campus for current WIU employees. Representatives from the Central Management Services (CMS) group insurance division will be present for a table fair, along with various insurance companies, at the May 6 sessions.
Benefits Office staff will also present sessions at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for WIU-Quad Cities employees Thursday, May 9, 2013 in Room 102A at the WIU-QC 60th Street Campus in Moline.
Current employees are encouraged to attend one of the sessions as several insurance related changes will occur July 1.
During the benefits choice period, which runs May 1 through May 31, employees (and retirees) may make changes to health and dental benefit plans, coverage for adult children, drop or add dependents and change life insurance plans. For more information, contact the Benefits Office at (309)298-1853.
Separate benefits choice meetings for retirees will be held at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Macomb. A representative from the State University Retirement System will present the program. All retirees are encouraged to attend one of the sessions to learn of changes effective July 1.
