WIU Professor Introduces Throwing Thursdays

MACOMB, IL – Western Illinois University ceramics Professor Ian Shelly is introducing "Throwing Thursdays" for anyone interested in learning to throw clay on a potters' wheel.
The free event is open free to anyone regardless of previous experience, and no materials are required. Each Thursday, the event will be held from 5-7 p.m. in the Heating Plant Annex, room 111.
