October Proclaimed Arts and Humanities Month in Macomb

MACOMB, IL – Representatives of Western Illinois University's College of Fine Arts and Communication were on hand this week as Macomb Mayor Mike Inman proclaimed October as Arts and Humanities Month in Macomb.
