Commencement: Weather Information

MACOMB, IL -- Western Illinois University Convocation and Commencement activities will be held as scheduled Dec. 13 and Dec. 14.
Western students who are unable to participate in the Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13 and 14 ceremonies due to winter weather conditions are eligible to participate in May 2014 ceremonies as an alternative.
In response to concerns regarding the forecasted winter weather, the University will allow students scheduled to participate in this December's ceremony the option to defer attendance until May. Students wishing to change their participation in the honors, graduate or undergraduate ceremonies are asked to contact the Office of the Registrar at (309) 298-1891.
