Knoblauch Cafe Opens for the Semester

MACOMB, IL — Western Illinois University students, faculty and staff can enjoy a nutritious lunch in the Knoblauch Café every Tuesday or Thursday from Feb. 18-April 24.

The meals are prepared by students in the dietetics, fashion merchandising and hospitality (DFMH) department through a class that gives them hands-on experience at running a food service facility.

The café is located in Knoblauch room 239 and is open from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Meals are $7 each and include a beverage and dessert. Carry-out is available, and delivery is available within Knoblauch Hall.
