Western Illinois University Offers CPA Review Course Beginning Sept. 4

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University Department of Accountancy and Finance, in combination with CPAexcel, will offer a CPA (certified public accountant) review course, beginning Thursday, Sept. 4.
The course, offered weekly on Thursday evenings from 5:30-9 p.m., will cover the regulation (REG) and business environment concepts (BEC) sections of the CPA exam. The course also includes in-class instructional videos, practice questions, a supplemental online course, review books, software and a set of flash cards, and it will conclude by covering the financial accounting and reporting (FAR) and audit (AUD) sections of the CPA exam.
The regular price for the review course is $2,000; Western is offering the course for $1,495.
