WIU Film Studies Professor Ness at European Film Conference

MACOMB, IL — Western Illinois University Film Studies Richard Ness (far right, second row) was one of several international film scholars attending the Music and Movies: National and Transnational Perspectives Conference, which was sponsored by the European film organization SERCIA at Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, September 18-20. Ness presented the paper "A Certain Autonomy: Music in the Films of John Huston."
