Int'l Ed Week Guest Speaker to Present "Afghanistan: A Personal Journey" Nov. 19

MACOMB, IL — As part of International Education Week, Western Illinois University will host Jordan Schneider, adjunct professor from St. Ambrose University, who will present, "Afghanistan: A Personal Journey" at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19 in Stipes Hall 121.
According to Schneider, during her presentation she will recount her time in Heart as the first private American female professor working in Afghanistan without security or as part of a contractor or government team.
Schneider's presentation is co-sponsored by the WIU Center for International Studies, Western's Visiting Lecture Series and the Council on Student Activities Funds.
