WIU Art Gallery to Host April 9 Garden Party

MACOMB, IL – A garden party will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9 at the Western Illinois University Art Gallery to offer members of the University and Macomb communities a chance to see the current exhibit, "Prints and Drawings from the Permanent Collection."

The event is open free to the public, but reservations are appreciated. Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.

Art Gallery Director Ann Marie Hayes-Hawkinson will speak at 5 p.m. about the gallery's accomplishments over the past year and she will offer a preview of exhibitions and programs scheduled for 2015-2016.
