BOT Retreat July 9-10

MACOMB, IL -- The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees will conduct a board retreat Thursday-Friday, July 9-10 on the WIU-Macomb campus.
A daylong retreat will begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, July 9 at the WIU Multicultural Center. Topics to be covered include a year-in-review, president's and vice presidents' reports, finance and budget projections, marketing efforts and Quad Cities campus facilities. A campus tour is also scheduled. July 9 activities are scheduled to adjourn at 8 p.m.
A half-day retreat will begin at 8 a.m. Friday, July 10 at the Multicultural Center. Topics to be covered include board functions/operations, goals and responsibilities and presidential evaluation guidelines. The retreat is scheduled to adjourn at 1 p.m.
The full agenda is available at wiu.edu/bot. No action items are on the Board's retreat agenda.
The next regular board meeting will be held Friday, Oct. 2 on Western's Macomb campus.
