Red Bull Takeaway –"Lose a Hole, Lose a Club"

MACOMB, IL –
The Red Bull Takeaway is putting a spin on the traditional golf tournament—when participants lose a hole, they lose a club. Competitors will test their strategy, focus and creativity in this 27-hole tournament.
This free, collegiate event is open to 36 male amateurs. Check-in will begin at 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 at Western Illinois University's Harry Mussatto Golf Course. Round 1 begins at 8 a.m.
Competitors will play in a 3 heat, match play tournament. After each round, competitors will be re-seeded according to points total. The player with the most points after the third round will be crowned the Red Bull Takeaway Champion.
