Severson to Exhibit at WIU Art Gallery

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University Art Gallery will host an exhibition by northeast Iowa artist Luke Severson Tuesday, Oct. 6-Tuesday, Nov. 10.

A reception for the exhibit, "Omaha Untitled," will begin at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6. Severson will speak about his work beginning at 4:45 p.m.

Severson received his bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his master's degree from Kansas State University. He is currently working as an instructor of ceramics at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is the owner/operator of Morelic, a small art-focused contracting and consulting company specializing in object design and production.
