Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon April 27

MACOMB IL – The 2016 Administrative Professionals' Day Luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 pm. Wednesday, April 27 at Colonel Rock's Bistro, in the University Union's Lamoine Room.

This year's event is themed "Spring Into Action," and provides an opportunity to celebrate WIU staff members.

Student from the catering class in WIU's Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising and Hospitality will work together with Sodexo to prepare this year's meal and have a hands-on learning experience at the same time.

This year's menu includes a salad bar, soup, apricot glazed turkey breast, tortellini with vegetables, three side dishes and a trifle cake bar.

Reservations are required by Thursday, April 21 and can be made by calling (309) 298-1291. Lunch is $9.69 per person plus tax and can be paid in advance by check, credit card, meal plan or Rocky Dollars.
