BOT Retreat July 14-15

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees will conduct a board retreat Thursday-Friday, July 14-15 in Macomb.

A daylong retreat will begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, July 14 at Citizens Bank Conference Room, 127 S. Side Square, Macomb. Topics to be covered include a year-in-review, president's and vice presidents' reports, finance and budget projections, marketing and enrollment and planning for the future. A closed session will begin at approximately 4:10 p.m.

A half-day retreat will begin at 8 a.m. Friday, July 15 at Citizens. Topics to be covered include utilizing alumni for outreach and support, board role and responsibilities, fundraising, board goals and presidential evaluation criteria. The retreat is scheduled to adjourn at noon.

The next regular board meeting will be held Thursday-Friday, Oct. 6-7 on Western's Macomb campus.
