Cultural Connections Planned Tuesdays during Fall Semester

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University Center for International Studies will host Cultural Connections at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays during the Fall 2016 semester in the Multicultural Center activities room.
The event will offer students an opportunity to meet new people, learn about different cultures and share information about their own cultures. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.
The events are open free to the public.
This semester's topics include:
• Tuesday, Sept. 20 – Economy and Natural Resources
• Tuesday, Oct. 4 – Fashion and Current Trends
• Tuesday, Oct. 18 – Social Media
• Tuesday, Nov. 1 – Superstitions
• Tuesday, Nov. 15 – Music and World Celebrations
