Western Courier Open House Sept. 23

MACOMB, IL – The award-winning student newspaper at Western Illinois University, the Western Courier, will host its first open house from 3-5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23.

The event, held on the concrete patio adjoining the Heating Plant Annex (outside the offices of the Western Courier), is a chance to get an inside look at the student-run newspaper.

The open house is sponsored by Chubby's restaurant, which will provide light appetizers. Those who take a tour of the Western Courier offices will be entered in a drawing for raffle prizes.

Outdoor games will be provided, weather permitting.
