WIU Board to Consider FY18 Cost Guarantee Recommendations

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees will consider Cost Guarantee (fees, room and meal plan) recommendations for undergraduate and graduate students entering in Fall 2017 at the Friday, March 31 meeting in Macomb.

The WIU Board's open meeting will begin at 8 a.m. Friday in the University Union Capitol Rooms. A scheduled closed session, in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 30 in the Corbin-Olson e-classroom.

The Board will consider the FY18 student health insurance fee recommendation, the first reading of revisions to employee benefits (sick leave) and the first reading of revisions to bereavement leave. The Board will hear reports on contributions, financial aid programs and long-term planning.
