Knoblauch Café Creations: Bruschetta

MACOMB, IL - - Need a quick and easy appetizer or side dish? Look no further than the next Knoblauch Café Creations video recipe for delicious bruschetta.

Knoblauch Café Creations are based on recipes used by Western Illinois University's Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising and Hospitality (DFMH) Knoblauch Café. DFMH, in collaboration with WIU's University Relations (UR) office, has created the short video series being released on Western's Facebook and Pinterest pages featuring delicious and easy-to-make recipes.

UR student content producer and WIU senior broadcasting major Ryan Garity filmed DFMH students preparing the food in the Knoblauch corporate kitchen and put together a series of short videos.

Students, faculty, staff and community members can enjoy nutritious lunches cooked and served by DFMH students on Tuesdays throughout the spring semester.
