Lotz Named Interim HR Director at WIU

MACOMB, IL – Western Illinois University Associate Director of Human Resources Cynthia Lotz has been named interim Human Resources director at the University.

Lotz was named to the position to replace former Human Resources Director Pamela Bowman, who recently accepted a new position out of state. A national search will begin soon to find a new director.

Lotz was appointed as HR associate director in November 2016. She has served as administrative clerk/business-administrative associate at WIU since January 2013. Previously, she was the human resources coordinator at Bridgeway, Inc. in Macomb from 1995-2013, and human resources assistant from 1994-95.

Lotz has also worked as a word processing operator III in Institutional Research and Planning at WIU (1987-1989).

Lotz received her MBA and her bachelor's degree from WIU.
