MACOMB, IL – Tri States Public Radio will welcome Tellico, a North Carolina-based Americana group, to the Celebration Concert Series, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Capitol Theater in Burlington, IA. The group will follow opening act The Deep Hollow, from Springfield, IL.

Tellico is described as having its own "Appalachiacana" sound, created with the inspiration of bluegrass.

Deep Hollow, a trio who has already won the American Songwriter Magazine's Grand Prize, is known for its highly-crafted songs and tight harmonies. Their song "Devil" won the grand prize before the group's album debuted.

Tickets to the Celebration Concert Series are $10 for Tri State Public Radio members and $15 for the public. Advance purchase of these tickets is encouraged, due to limited seating.

The Capital Theater is located at 211 N. Third St. in Burlington, IA.

The concert series is presented by Tri States Public Radio in celebration of the partnership between public radio and live music presentation in the region. Tri States Public Radio, a member-supported service of the College of Fine Arts and Communication at Western Illinois University, provides news, music and entertainment broadcasts to the tri-state region.
