He was then promoted to administrative assistant in DPS/Mail Services in March 2008, his current position

According to Sullivan's nominator, he is always helpful and always greets and works with clients in the highest professional manner.

The nominator noted a recent printing project Sullivan completed quickly to help WIU administrators with a legislative presentation in Springfield.

"Working together and helping one another advance priorities and goals is the spirit of Higher Values in Higher Education," said his nominator. "The high-quality copies produced reflected the high quality of WIU and the quality image of our University was noted by the legislators in attendance. Trent's team spirit was incredible."
