MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University's Infant and Preschool Center received the Silver Circle of Quality designation from ExceleRate Illinois, the state's new quality recognition and improvement system for early learning and development providers.

"We are proud to receive the Silver Circle of Quality," said Sherri Moon, director of the Infant and Preschool Center, which is part of WIU's College of Education and Human Services. "Providing quality in early learning and development will help our children be better prepared for success in school and in life."
