Faculty Recital March 26 at WIU

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois University School of Music will present a Faculty Recital featuring flutist John McMurtery and pianist Ashlee Mack at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.
 
The duo will perform compositions by Charles Wuorinen, Christian Carey and WIU Professor of Theory and Composition James Romig. The recital will also include the world premiere of a composition by Bruce Quaglia.

McMurtery is an associate professor of flute at WIU and Mack is director of piano studies at Knox College.
This performance is open free to the public.
