Registration Open for NextGen Talent Expo Sept. 18

MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University's School of Management and Marketing will host NextGen Talent Expo from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 in the University Union Heritage Room.

The career fair is a chance for students to meet with employers in the fields of marketing, sales, management and human resources.

"While companies have mainly gone to online applications and virtual interviews, face-to-face career fairs are still great opportunities for students to practice professional communication and networking skills," said Michelle Howe, WIU business communication instructor.

To register a company or representative ($150), visit eventleaf.com/nextgentalentexpo. Every registered employer will receive a booth and refreshments.

Students who are attending should bring multiple copies of their résumés, prepare an introduction and dress in professional attire.
