Gary R. Swanson Obituary

MACOMB, IL – Retired Western Illinois University Building Service Worker Gary R. Swanson, of Colchester, IL, passed away Thursday, Sept. 5 in Peoria, IL.
Cremation rites have been accorded, and a family graveside service will be held at a later date.
Swanson began working at WIU in February 2004 and retired in June 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Zelma; his son, Billy; three daughters, Cindy Taylor, Leanne Stephenson and Angie Reeves; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
