WIU's Biology Day Postponed Until Fall 2021

MACOMB, IL – Because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's Western Illinois University Biology Day has been postponed until the Fall 2021 semester.

The 38th annual event, for area high school biology students, was to include seminars, hands-on activities, research information and introductions to departmental faculty and graduate students. The event also includes the opportunity to sit in on a college lecture and a Biology Bowl.

Last year's session hosted more than 200 high school students.
