#GivingTuesday at WIU Set for Dec. 1

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – Get ready to join a virtual wave of support Tuesday, Dec. 1 as Western Illinois University takes part in #GivingTuesday, a 24-hour global campaign to encourage personal philanthropy and showcase the impact of collective giving.

"We are excited to continue WIU's tradition of generosity on #GivingTuesday and we are grateful for the support we have received," said WIU Director of Annual Giving Tim Hallinan. "As our students, faculty, and staff have taken on a year unlike any other, the need to continue and expand that support from our Leatherneck community is critical to meet emerging needs. Please show your Leatherneck spirit by considering a year-end gift to WIU."
