Cash Flow Update
Dear WIU Campus Community:
The University has recently received total payments of $9.4 million from the state as well as $3.5 million from federal stimulus funds. While the University is still expecting reimbursements totaling $26.3 million from the state, the recent payments allow us to continue to provide essential services and to meet our payroll obligations.
While we have received payments, we must still conserve resources. We continue to work with the Comptroller's Office, our legislators and other university presidents and chancellors to resolve the cash flow delay. Please know that I appreciate your continued support.
