Eating Wellness Screening Day March 1

MACOMB, IL -- The Western Illinois University Counseling Center is offering WIU students the opportunity to learn more about how nutrition and eating habits can affect health at the Eating Wellness Screening Day. Scheduled for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, March 1 at the University Counseling Center (Memorial Hall, first floor), the daylong event will teach participants about healthy eating attitudes and behaviors.

Eating Wellness Screening Day participants will also receive informational material and view a brief video about the causes, symptoms and treatments for eating disorders. In addition, attendees will be able to discuss their individual results with a counselor, as well as take part in a free, anonymous eating attitudes screening.

Eating Wellness Screening Day is open free to WIU students and no appointment is necessary to attend.
