Thirteen WIU Students Inducted Into Lambda Pi Eta

MACOMB, IL – Thirteen Western Illinois University students were inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association's (NCA) student honor society in May.

Communication majors and minors with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and a 3.25 GPA in communication, with a minimum of 12 hours in communication, who have accumulated at least 60 hours, are eligible for membership in the organization. Lambda Pi Eta has more than 400 active chapters and more than 5,000 members nationwide. The honor society recognizes, fosters and rewards outstanding academic achievement and promotes interest in the communication discipline.
