Summer Orientation and Registration (Freshmen)

Summer Orientation and Registration is a required two day program for all new freshman and transfer students with fewer than 15 semester hours who have been accepted and are planning to attend the Macomb campus of Western Illinois University for summer or fall.

Each program session is designed to promote your personal academic success and individual development.

Accepted students will receive a Welcome Packet with information about Summer Orientation and Registration.

New Student Registration (Transfers)

New Student Registration is for transfer students with 15 or more semester hours who have been accepted and are eligible to register for classes at the Macomb campus of Western Illinois University for summer or fall.

Accepted students will receive a Welcome Packet with information about New Student Registration programs and options.

Fall Orientation

Whether you are an incoming freshman or an incoming transfer student, we encourage you to begin your future at Western by learning about the campus and its many programs, services, and resources. Take advantage of the many opportunities and activities offered throughout the year to add to your total learning experiences.

Spring New Student Registration (Freshmen and Transfers)

Spring New Student Registration is for freshmen and transfer students who have been accepted and are ready to register for classes at the Macomb campus of Western Illinois University for spring.

Accepted students will receive a Welcome Packet with information about New Student Registration programs and options.
