Nursing Program - Transcript Requirements
Students are required to submit an official transcript with the application for admission.
- There is no fee for transcripts ordered through STARS or the Office of the Registrar.
- Upon written request of the student, the Office of the Registrar issues a transcript of a student's record.
- Transcripts are not issued for persons under financial obligation to Western Illinois University.
WARD reports are acceptable for students currently enrolled at Western Illinois University.
