Early Intervention has received funding to allow processing the entire 07/01/09 voucher as well as the Fiscal Year 2009 service dates of the 07/08/09 voucher for payment. These are the vouchers that match the Provider Claim Summarys dated 07/01/09 and 07/08/09 with Fiscal Year 2009 dates of service. These payments should be showing on the Illinois Office of Comptroller Web Site within a few days. As soon as Funds for Fiscal Year 2010 are available we will pay the 2010 dates of service of the 07/08/09 voucher.

Please watch the IOC website at www.ioc.state.il.us then click on Vendor Payments and enter your billing tax id number. As payments are approved, they will be posted on this web site.

Early Intervention receives funding from multiple sources and every effort is made to reduce the impact of the lack of state funds available by utilizing every other source. We will continue to make payments to providers as the funds become available. While we understand the impact these delays have on every aspect of the Early Intervention Services System, we are not able to change the way the state process works. We encourage everyone to understand the situation.
