Early Intervention has received the final Fiscal Year 2009 General Revenue Funds which allows us to approve processing the Fiscal Year 2009 dates of service on the following vouchers: 07/15/09, 07/22/09, 07/29/09, 08/05/09, 08/12/09 and 08/19/09. The receipt of these funds completes the Fiscal Year appropriation and will allow us to move forward on the Fiscal Year 2010 dates of service as additional funds become available. These are the vouchers that match the Provider Claim Summarys dated 07/15/09, 07/22/09, 07/29/09, 08/05/09, 08/12/09 and 08/19/09 with Fiscal Year 2009 dates of service. These payments should be showing on the Illinois Office of Comptroller Web Site within a few days. As soon as Funds for Fiscal Year 2010 are available we will pay the 2010 dates of service portions of the 07/08/09, 07/15/09, 07/22/09, 07/29/09, 08/05/09 and 08/12/09 weekly vouchers.

Please watch the IOC website at www.ioc.state.il.us then click on Vendor Payments and enter your billing tax id number. As payments are approved, they will be posted on this web site.

Early Intervention receives funding from multiple sources and every effort is made to reduce the impact of the lack of state funds available by utilizing every other source. We will continue to make payments to providers as the funds become available. While we understand the impact these delays have on every aspect of the Early Intervention Services System, we are not able to change the way the state process works. We encourage everyone to understand the situation.
