January 2009 Provider Payment Updates
Early Intervention Provider Payments Update effective 01/29/09
Early Intervention has received funding to allow processing of the 12/31/08 voucher and the 01/07/09 voucher. These are the vouchers that match the Provider Claim Summarys dated 12/31/08 and 01/07/09. These payment should be showing on the Illinois Office of Comptroller Web Site within the next few days.
Please watch the IOC website at: www.ioc.state.il.us then click on Vendor Payments and enter your billing tax id number. As payments are approved, they will be posted on this web site.
Early Intervention receives funding from multiple sources and every effort is made to reduce the impact of the lack of state funds available by utilizing every other source. We will continue to make payments to providers as the funds become available. While we understand the impact these delays have on every aspect of the Early Intervention Services System, we are not able to change to the way the state process works. We encourage everyone to understand the situation.
