Family Outcomes Survey 7/09
The ECO center is currently seeking additional feedback for the Family Outcomes Survey. This time, they have taken the information provided earlier and used it to expand the indicator items from three to twenty-three items. They are asking for feedback to ensure that the items are measuring what we really want to know about what changes for families as a result of early intervention. Please use the link below to provide feedback on the survey.

We would like you to share this information with families, providers, and staff. It is particularly important to hear from families, so please encourage people within and outside of your office who have children either currently or formerly enrolled in early intervention to reply.
