The Illinois Department of Human Services is soliciting comments regarding the Federal Fiscal Year 2009 Annual Part C State Application. Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as amended in 2004 addresses services for children birth to 3 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families.
