Certification of Representative The employee organization, named below, having established its majority in a unit appropriate for the purpose of collective bargaining, and the employer, having met all the requirements of Section VII(B) of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act, and no other interested employee organization having timely petitioned the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board (the "IELRB") to seek recognition as the exclusive representative of employees in the following unit: NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to authority vested in the undersigned by the IELRB, University Professionals of Illinois, BOG Council, Local 4100, AFT, AFL-CIO, an employee organization, is certified as the exclusive representative of the employees in the unit set forth below, found to be appropriate for the purpose of collective bargaining unit: See attached.
