WIU-QC Student Orientation

New Student Orientation

Two sessions will be held for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Undergraduate sessions will be Wednesday, August 10 from 4:30 – 6:30 pm and Thursday, August 11 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Graduate sessions will be Wednesday, August 10 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm and Thursday, August 11 from 12:30 - 2:00 pm.

Come and learn about Student Organizations, Financial Aid, Career Services, Disabilities Resource Center, Counseling, Student Health Insurance, Honors College, Study Abroad, Library Services, Writing Center, and more. There will be building tours and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Admissions Counselors and Academic Advisors will also be available to answer questions.

The computer lab will be open for students to activate their STARS and ECom accounts.

Bookstore Hours: Wednesday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Parking is free in the WIU-QC 60th Street lot.
